Return Policy


Thank you for choosing Enrgtech Global! We're committed to ensuring you're satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. You can return your items for a full refund, store credit, or exchange (please note that some exceptions apply). We may occasionally update our return policy to enhance customer experience, and any changes will be clearly communicated on our website so you’re always up to date.

RETURNS

Items must be returned within Fourteen (14) days from the purchase date.

Returned goods must be in brand new and untouched condition, with all genuine tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, simply reach out to our customer service team at sales@enrgtech.co.uk and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Once you have your RMA:

Please remember that you’ll be covering the return shipping costs, and we advise using a trackable shipping method.

REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 30 business days for processing. The refund for your return will be reflected in your bank account after 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your bank's procedure. We’ll notify you by email once the return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For Business Clients (B2B)

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% will be charged if the return is due to reasons such as incorrect parts ordered, no longer needed items, or order mistakes. Refunds will be issued minus this fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: B2B clients are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Goods: If your item is defective or you’ve received the wrong product, we’ll arrange a free return collection with a prepaid UPS label. Once the item is inspected, we’ll process your refund within 14 days.

For Consumer Clients (B2C)

  • Full Refund: Consumers can return items for a full refund as long as they comply with our return policy.
  • Return Shipping: Consumers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid UPS return label.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items that have been used, broken, or damaged by the customer.
